Vince McMahon, former president of WWE and even an influential figure in Tko Group Holdings, has officially launched a new investment firm under the name 14TH & Imarking his return to the business world beyond professional wrestling.
As reported WrestleNomicsMcMahon registered three limited liability companies (LLCS) in the Connecticut state on September 20, 2024: 14TH & I Holdings LLC, 14TH & I Investments LLC y 14TH & I Management LLC. All are based in Stamford, Connecticut, and McMahon appears as a administrative member of at least two of them.
The name “14th & I” has a strong historical symbolism. Refers to the intersection in Washington DC where it operated Capitol Wrestling Corporationthe WWE predecessor company directed by Vincent J. McMahon, Vince's father, during the 1950s and 1960s.
The president of the new firm is Brad BlumWWE exexecutive, who explained that “14th & I is a private investment firm focused on sport, media and entertainment sectors“. He also pointed out that they are looking for strategic opportunities that include majority acquisitions and some minority investments oriented to growth.
In addition to establishing the three legal entities, McMahon has started the process to register the “14th & I” and “14th & I” brands before the United States Patent and Brands Office, covering activities such as entertainment production and private capital investment funds.
Blum added that the objective of the firm is “to associate with exceptional management teams, offering experience, capacity and strategic relationships to generate long -term value.”
Despite being involved in several legal disputes, including accusations of sexual abuse and power, and a demand for shareholders related to the fusion of WWE and UFC under Tko, McMahon continues to move strongly in the business world. This new firm could represent its next great step to remain a key figure in the entertainment and sport industries.
