Vince McMahon has launched a new company, forming an investment firm called 14th & I, which will seek opportunities in sports, media and entertainment.
Public records show that McMahon registered three limited liability companies In Connecticut on September 20, 2024:
- 14TH & I Holdings LLC
- 14TH & I Investments LLC
- 14TH & I Management LLC
Having three separate llc can be a form of maintain different parts of the business – like assets ownership, investment management and daily operation – legally and financially separated.
The three entities were constituted in Delaware and share the same main direction in Stamford, Connecticut. McMahon, the former CEO and president of WWE, appears as managing member of at least two of the entities, while 14th & I Holdings is listed as a member of the others.
There are two requests for pending brands at the United States Patent and Brands Office. Submitted on August 23, 2024, brands “14th & I” (without spaces) and “14th & I” (with spaces) cover two business categories: investment in private capital funds and entertainment production. The records suggest that the firm plans to dedicate itself to both private capital investments and the development of script programs.

The name of the firm seems to refer to a historical importance location for McMahon and WWE. A 2006 article on WWE.com mentioned that Capitol Wrestling Corporation, WWE's predecessor, was based in the corner of 14th and I streets in Washington DC, around the 50s and 60s, when the company was under the leadership of McMahon's father, Vincent J. McMahon.
