Announcement of the implementation of “B.LEAGUE TRYOUT 2025” – Recruiting aspiring professional players and coaches from Monday, May 5th – | B.LEAGUE Official Website


The Japan Professional Basketball League (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Shimada Shinji hereinafter referred to as “B.LEAGUE”) will be holding the “B.LEAGUE TRYOUT 2025” for aspiring professional players and coaches at the Ota Ward General Gymnasium (Ota-ku, Tokyo) on Monday, June 23rd, 2025.


“B.LEAGUE TRYOUT 2025” is divided into two categories: the professional athlete category and the professional/youth coach category. The Professional Aiming Players Division aims to discover young players who are full of motivation to challenge the world, create opportunities for B.LEAGUE clubs to develop and strengthen young players using the specially designated player (amateur) system, and create opportunities for players to challenge themselves for the B.LEAGUE 2025-26 season. The Professional/Youth Aspiring Coach Division aims to discover strong-willed coaches who are aiming to conduct in the B.LEAGUE/B Youth in the future, and create opportunities for the challenge of coaches aiming to conduct in the B.LEAGUE/B Youth.

“B.LEAGUE TRYOUT 2025” Summary

■Daily: June 23, 2025 (month) 12:00~18:00
■Venue: Ota Ward General Gymnasium (1-11-1 Higashi Kamata, Ota Ward, Tokyo 144-0031)
■Recruitment categories: Approaching professionals, Approaching professional/Youth coaches
■Recruitment period: May 5, 2025 (month and blessing) ~ May 31 (earth)
*There is no parking space for visitors at the venue, Ota Ward General Gymnasium.
*There are no boarding and disembarking spaces around the Ota Ward General Gymnasium, so please use public transport when visiting.
*The application guidelines are scheduled to be announced around the end of April.
