The top two teams from each district have qualified for the Inflonia B.LEAGUE U18 ELITE LEAGUE 2025.
The third-placed teams from each district advance to the deciding match, and the two teams that advance from the tournament will qualify for the Inflonia B.LEAGUE U18 ELITE LEAGUE 2025.
